From the paper sheet taped to each piece of furniture to a system where every order has a live status, every cut is timed, and the owner sees the shop's pulse without building a single report.

“Every order at El Taller del Maestro was a sheet of paper that physically traveled the floor: from the cutting table, to edge-banding, to quality, to dispatch. If the sheet got misfiled, the order vanished. Today that same order lives in the system with a live status, and the shop master knows which machine it's on and for how long — without getting up from his chair.”
The shop builds custom furniture — kitchens, closets, desks — and coordinated all production on paper. Each order was a printed sheet an operator carried from station to station; nobody knew for sure where a piece was until someone went looking for it. The production lead had no way to see bottlenecks, or how long a cut or an edge-banding job actually took. Inventory of boards and edge-banding was tracked by eye, and a missing material was discovered exactly when it stalled an order. Receivables and collections lived in the manager's head. With two locations and dozens of people moving hundreds of orders a month, paper no longer held up: orders got lost, work got redone, and there was no way to answer something as basic as "is this order ready yet?".
We built a system that replaces the paper order with a digital order that carries a live status. Each order is created by the advisor, enters the cutting queue (CNC or panel saw), moves to edge-banding, is audited by quality, and goes out for delivery — and at every step the system records who touched it, when, and on which machine. Operators “claim” their work and the system times each task, so for the first time there's a real number for how long each piece takes and where the bottleneck is.
Everyone logs in with their own account and sees exactly what's theirs: the advisor creates orders and follows their clients, the operator sees their station queue, quality audits with photos, delivery confirms with the client's signature, and purchasing sees which material is missing for the week. The production lead and the owner open a panel with the shop's pulse — daily sales, outstanding receivables, late orders, performance by location — without anyone building a report by hand. And we added Maestro AI, which helps quote jobs, optimize how boards are cut, and answer questions about the operation in plain language.
The order stops being a sheet that gets misfiled: it's created, enters cutting, moves to edge-banding, is audited by quality, and goes out for delivery. At every step the system knows where it is, who has it, and for how long.
The operator claims their work and the system measures each cut and each edge-banding job by machine. For the first time there is a real number for how long each piece takes — and where the bottleneck is.
Before a piece ships, quality audits it with a checklist and photos. If something fails, the incident is logged along with who resolved it — not an argument from memory.
A finished order enters the delivery queue and the driver confirms it with the client's signature and a photo. No more phone calls to find out if it arrived.
Boards, edge-banding, and hardware with real stock levels and restock alerts. Purchasing sees exactly what is missing for the week’s orders before production grinds to a halt.
Daily sales, outstanding receivables, late orders, and performance by location. The owner opens the panel and sees it — without anyone sitting down to build a spreadsheet.
An AI that helps quote jobs, optimize how boards are cut to waste less, and answer questions about the operation in plain language.
“Every order used to be a sheet of paper traveling the shop, and if it got lost, the work got lost with it. Since we got the system we dropped the paper: I know where every piece is, how long we take, and how the business is doing — without asking anyone.”
If orders get lost and nobody knows which station each job is on, it's worth a conversation — no commitment. Explore the demo next to this and walk through it as the boss, the operator, or the owner.
