A refurbished-Apple store that sells trust first: a premium Apple-style experience, native Colombian payments, a 24/7 AI assistant — and a content panel in Modari so the owner changes everything without touching code.

“Selling a refurbished iPhone online in Colombia runs into one question: "what if I get scammed?" iPhone Shop Bogotá needed that doubt to dissolve in the first few seconds — and the owner to move prices, banners, and products without depending on anyone.”
Selling refurbished electronics online carries a challenge that selling clothes or food does not: the customer distrusts before they even look at the price. The store had to convey credibility from the first second — warranty, the device's real condition, clear returns — because without that trust there is no sale. On top of that sits the Colombian market: people pay with card, PSE, Nequi, or Daviplata, not foreign methods, and most purchases are actually closed over WhatsApp, not in a cold cart. And there was an operational problem: every time the owner wanted to list a new product, change a seasonal banner, or check an order, he had to ask a developer. The store sat still, waiting — and that costs sales.
We built an Apple-inspired shopping experience — clean, fast, and with the trust signals placed exactly where the buyer hesitates: visible warranty, device condition, return policy, and certification seals on every product. Payments run through Bold in Colombian pesos with card, PSE, Nequi, and Daviplata, and when the customer would rather close the purchase by chatting, one click takes them to WhatsApp with the product already in context. We added Peter, an AI assistant that attends 24/7, answers questions, and guides the buyer to the right device.
The real difference is behind the curtain: the owner runs the entire store from Modari, his content panel. From there he uploads and edits products, swaps the homepage banners, reviews and approves orders, configures the AI assistant, handles repair requests, and publishes blog articles — all without writing a line of code and without depending on a developer for every change. The store stops being frozen: it moves at the pace of the business.
The number-one challenge of selling refurbished is distrust. So the warranty, the real device condition, returns, and certification seals sit visible right where the buyer hesitates — not buried in a terms page.
The Bold gateway charges in pesos with card, PSE, Nequi, and Daviplata. The customer pays the way they already pay for everything in Colombia, with no foreign methods that make them abandon the cart.
A chatbot that understands the catalog, answers questions at any hour, and guides the buyer to the right iPhone. When a human is needed, it hands the conversation to WhatsApp without losing context.
Products, prices, banners, orders, blog, and the AI assistant settings are all managed from Modari, the content panel — without touching code. The owner changes the store himself, whenever he wants.
Side-by-side comparison of up to four devices, a camera comparator across models, and an IMEI checker. Tools that help the shopper decide and position the store as the one that actually knows.
As the local market demands: from any product, one click opens WhatsApp with the device already in context. The trade-in flow to hand over a used device also lives inside the same experience.
“Professional, fast, and they truly listen. The e-commerce turned out exactly as we imagined it — and the best part is that now I run the store myself without depending on anyone.”
